Strictlyâs Dianne Buswell admits âit makes me sadâ in emotional baby update

Dianne Buswell posted on her YouTube channel earlier this week about tidying herself and the difficult process of saying goodbye to some items associated with a critical time in her life
Strictly Come Dancing winner Dianne Buswell shared an emotional home update ahead of hosting tonightâs BAFTAs. Posting on her YouTube channel, which has 298,000 subscribers, the 37-year-old was seen going into her young son Bowdenâs room.
Bowden is the son she shares with her husband Joe Sugg, 34, whom she met on Strictly in 2018. Bowden was born in March. Addressing the camera, she explained the reason she was in there was to collect some of his clothes and donate them to a shelter.
She said: âWeâre now in Bowdenâs room and we are going through his clothes because a lot his clothes do not fit him anymore.â Moments before she started tidying, Dianne revealed she had been warned about how fast Bowden would grow out of his clothes.
She said: âPeople warned me, people said heâs going to grow so fast. You wait, your newborn clothes are only going to last a couple of a weeks. I was like âYeah, yeah, yeah, whateverâ. Itâs true, they only last a short amount of time.â

As a result, Australian Dianne had taken the decision to donate clothes Bowden couldnât wear to a shelter. She said: âSo, we are going through now and weâre going to put all of them into a lovely little box.
âI found a place nearbyâŠsomewhere where you can take things that are still absolutely fine. Iâm going to take it to this shelter to hopefully give to someone who is in need of baby stuff.â
However, as she dug further into Bowdenâs clothes she found the garments he wore home from the hospital.
Remarking about how special they were and remembering the critical journey, she said: âIf I was to put that near him nowâŠitâs so small for him now. Thereâs no way that his long legs are fitting into thoseâŠThatâs going to into his little special pile. Makes me sad.â

As well as talking about Bowden in her YouTube channel, she has also shared photos of her life on Instagram and how sheâs getting on.
Furthermore, Dianne also posted recently about she was able to spend her first birthday with Bowden, but also with her parents for the first time in 12 years.
Posting on Instagram about the momentous occasion, she wrote: âToday was magical! Not only was it my first birthday as a mumma but I havenât been able to spend a birthday with my parents in over 12 years.
âSo extremely grateful for this day and a big thank you to Joe who honestly made this day so special in every single way. Also thank you so much to everybody who has sent me wishes today means a lot.â
