💙 Victoria Beckham fangirls over Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders during World Cup semi-final night

Victoria Beckham gave fans a very different kind of World Cup moment as she posed with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders during Spain’s semi-final clash with France in Texas.

The fashion designer, who had only just gone viral for her famously composed reaction at England’s previous match, appeared to be fully enjoying the Dallas atmosphere as she joined the iconic cheer squad for photos inside the stadium.

Victoria, 52, shared a string of snaps from the evening, including one playful shot where she held pom poms and asked fans whether she had made the squad. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders reposted the moment with an enthusiastic approval, giving Posh Spice her own light-hearted DCC seal of approval.

It was a fun twist for the Beckham family’s latest World Cup outing. David Beckham, who played in Spain for Real Madrid from 2003 to 2007, was already drawing attention for cheering on Spain as they brushed past France to reach the final. But away from the football itself, it was the cheerleaders who became one of the night’s biggest talking points.

David also joined in the photos, posing alongside Victoria and the DCC in their VIP suite. Their children Romeo, Cruz and Harper were part of the family moment too, with the cheerleaders sharing a sweet group picture with the Beckhams from the night.

For Victoria, the cheerful appearance came after a busy few days in the spotlight. She had been in Miami with the family for England’s quarter-final win over Norway, where her calm reaction to Jude Bellingham’s goal instantly became a meme. While David, Romeo, Cruz and Harper leapt from their seats, Victoria stayed perfectly composed, prompting fans to joke that it was classic Posh Spice energy.

David later defended her with a cheeky comment, insisting she was “celebrating on the inside”. This time, however, Victoria looked far more willing to play along with the fun, smiling with the DCC and leaning into the playful side of the Dallas spectacle.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have become global stars in their own right after the success of Netflix’s America’s Sweethearts, and their appearance during the World Cup semi-final added another layer of entertainment to an already celebrity-packed night.

Timothée Chalamet was also caught up in the excitement. The actor, who was wearing a French football jacket and supporting the opposite side from David, met the cheerleaders and admitted he was starstruck. He even borrowed pom poms for a photo after greeting Anna Kate Sundvold with a warm hug.

The match itself saw Spain deliver a confident performance against France, leaving the tournament favourites stunned and sending Spanish fans into celebration mode. Dallas Stadium put on a major show for the occasion, mixing elite football with American sporting theatre.

For the Beckhams, the evening continued their highly visible World Cup tour across the United States. After Miami and Dallas, attention now turns to Atlanta, where England are set for their own huge semi-final showdown against Argentina.

With Spain through to the final, England chasing their own dream and the Beckhams appearing at the heart of the tournament’s celebrity buzz, Victoria’s DCC moment gave fans another instantly shareable scene. From Posh pout memes to pom pom poses, her World Cup week has become pure entertainment gold.
