Emmerdaleâs Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) thinks he is untouchable, but fiancĂ© Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) is about to shatter him like one of Kimâs expensive crystal ornaments.
Joeâs smarm has hit unprecedented levels, having acquired himself the farm heâs always wanted and got away with pinning crimes on Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) that she didnât commit.
There is not a single scruple left in that man, but heâs so blinded by his perceived success that heâs missing whatâs right under his nose.
And that is that he has given fiancĂ© Dawn the ick. She is so disgusted with him, thereâs no going back.
Over the last few weeks, she has been learning the truth about his underhanded antics, which he had been cleverly concealing for her.
But all it took was for her to walk in on Robert (Ryan Hawley) going through Joeâs computer to find the video heâd been using to blackmail Robert â showing Victoria killing John â and that red flag was set flapping like it was in a gale force wind.
She then paid Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) a visit to get her take on the whole scenario and learned a lot more. The two women came up with a plot to make him pay.
Dawn is now at a point where she despises her husband-to-be so much that she canât carry on the charade. Heâs excited about baby plans, which makes it all even more sickening.

Dawn heads to Moira for some words of reassurance and an escape route, but Moira urges her to keep ploughing on and hold in mind the money as motivation as sheâll need it to fight him in court. Dawn is in the thick of it now, will she see it through?
While we are quite frankly gutted that Dawn is leaving the soap after such an almighty arc, weâre glad that sheâll likely go out taking Joe down with her.
Poor Joe, eh? Couldnât happen to a nicer bloke.
