The Princess of Wales, 44, was seen enjoying the Championships in a relaxed setting, sitting away from the traditional Royal Box and among other spectators as she watched the tennis unfold. While the visit was warmly received by fans, it did not take long for social media users to draw comparisons with Prince Harry and Meghan Markleâs ongoing concerns over security in the UK.

Some royal watchers claimed Kateâs decision to sit in a more public area, where people could walk nearby, showed a very different royal approach. The theory quickly gathered attention, with several commenters praising the Princess of Wales for appearing calm, approachable and unshowy during the tournament.
