Queen Camilla’s “ruthless streak” has been exposed by a royal biographer, who claimed that King Charles’s wife is focused on keeping the monarchy going. The Queen has recently made headlines after it was claimed that she is “leading the anti-York faction” within the Royal Family, along with Prince William.
Camilla was said to be adamant that the Firm should keep a clear distance from the Yorks, including the King’s nieces, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Her stance was crystal clear after her name was notably absent from Buckingham Palace’s announcement of Princess Eugenie’s third pregnancy.
The Palace said that the King was “delighted” with the news, and there was no mention of his wife.

The Mail on Sunday claimed that the Queen has been “instrumental” in pushing the monarch to act to punish his disgraced brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, amid the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Now, Christopher Wilson, author of A Greater Love – Charles and Camilla, told the Daily Mail: “[Camilla is] every bit as convincing as the old Queen Mother was when it comes to putting on a sweet smile and saying just the right thing to put people at their ease.”
He added: “But – again like the Queen Mum – there’s a ruthless streak to Camilla which she takes care to keep hidden from view.”
Mr Wilson said that the Queen sees her job as that of supporting and protecting “her man”.
He explained: “Monarchy is about survival, and Camilla understands that.
“King George needed her iron-clad courage, just as King Charles needs Camilla’s today.”
