💛 Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Smith enjoy rare Beverly Hills lunch date after 25 years of marriage

Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Smith have reminded fans why they remain one of Hollywood’s most quietly adored couples, after making a rare appearance together in Beverly Hills.

The actor, 73, and his wife, 62, were seen enjoying a relaxed lunch date at E. Baldi on Tuesday, stepping out at the upscale Italian restaurant that has long been a favourite among stars.

Pierce appeared in good spirits as he left the restaurant carrying a drink and a bag of takeaway goodies, while Keely looked elegant in a sunny yellow cardigan, a white floaty dress and Chanel sandals.

The outing was understated but sweet, offering a warm glimpse of the couple’s bond away from the red carpets and major Hollywood events where they are more usually photographed.

For fans, it was another reminder of a romance that has stood the test of time. Pierce and Keely first met in Mexico in 1994, and they went on to marry in 2001.

More than two decades later, the couple still appear deeply connected, with their Beverly Hills lunch date showing a softer, everyday side to their life together.

Keely has previously spoken warmly about the moment she first met Pierce, remembering the charm and spark that caught her attention. Pierce has also often praised his wife, describing her as a truly special woman in his life.

Together, the couple share two sons: Dylan, 29, and Paris, 25. Over the years, their family life has remained a grounding force for the former James Bond star, even as his screen career continues to evolve.

Their latest public outing comes shortly after new teaser images were released from MobLand, the Paramount+ drama in which Pierce plays ruthless patriarch Conrad Harrigan.

The show has also been making headlines after reports of Tom Hardy’s unexpected exit following its second run, with claims of behind-the-scenes tensions and delays around future filming.

Despite questions about the show’s future direction, a new trailer has confirmed that the second season will return on September 18, bringing Pierce’s character back into the centre of a dangerous family power struggle.

In the newly released images, Conrad is seen being patched up by his wife Maeve after a violent-looking confrontation, suggesting more trouble ahead for the Harrigan family.

The second season is expected to follow the fractured clan as they try to present a united front while rivals threaten the criminal empire they have built.

For Pierce, it marks another gritty role far removed from the polished elegance of his Bond years, proving he remains just as comfortable in darker, more intense television drama as he is in classic leading-man territory.

But away from the screen, his Beverly Hills outing with Keely told a very different story: one of calm, companionship and lasting affection.

In an industry often dominated by whirlwind romances and public breakups, Pierce and Keely’s 25-year marriage continues to stand out as something refreshingly steady.

Their lunch date may have been simple, but it carried the kind of quiet warmth fans love to see: two people stepping out together, still enjoying each other’s company after decades side by side.

And with Pierce’s career showing no signs of slowing down, Keely remains the constant presence who has shared both the glamour and the quieter chapters of his Hollywood life.
