This isn’t the only programme that’s seized people’s interest recently either. Audiences have also been praising another drama that’s available to stream on the platform.

The social media user posted: “What Netflix show kept you up all night binge-watching recently? I just finished The Beast in Me in one sitting and realised I haven’t had that ‘just one more episode’ feeling in a while. Now I’m looking for my next obsession.

For those unfamiliar with it, The Diplomat is an American political thriller created by Debora Cahn. It initially premiered on Netflix in 2023, and features Keri Russell as a seasoned US diplomat who is abruptly appointed as the ambassador to the United Kingdom amid an unfolding international crisis.

The narrative follows Kate Wyler, the newly appointed US ambassador to the United Kingdom. She must navigate helping to defuse an international emergency and forge strategic alliances, whilst simultaneously adjusting to her new high-profile position.
