In the wake of Olivia Attwoodâs claims that her ex husband Bradley Dack cheated on her during their ten-year relationship, her sister Georgia and brother Max have now unfollowed the shamed footballer on social media. The ITV golden girl, 34, recently took to Instagram to unveil the real reason she split with the Gillingham football player.
In a statement shared with her legion of fans, she revealed that she was told about his latest alleged infidelity while at a screening of one of her shows, which prompted her to make the bold move to end their âmarriageâ after nearly three years.
Olivia, who recently announced that she was dating again, was recently seen kissing her pal Pete Wicks while on a night out.
The Loose Women panellist and This Morning star revealed that she felt like a âf***** idiotâ and admitted to covering up his alleged cheating in a desperate bid to keep their fractured relationship under wraps.
A source told The Sun: âBoth her brother and her sister have unfollowed Bradley now they know the true extent of what was going on. They always really liked Bradley but now Oliviaâs admitted what she was covering up, enough is enough.â
Both Georgia and Max have remained out of the glaring eye of the media, while their reality TV siblingâs career has soared to dizzy heights.
Off the back of her candid statement, Bradley was quick to defend her when an online debate over the breakdown of their relationship ensued, prompting him to tell fans to leave her alone. In the comment section of the post he penned: âYouâve got a lot of this wrong.. just leave her alone.â
But in her statement Olivia wrote: âI have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied & cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.â
She added: âI was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself â as I did for 10 years. Covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies.â
The ITV star continued: âI of course now feel like a f***ing idiot (Especially as more things come to the surface). I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.â
She then concluded: âBut some of the disgusting things written about me in the last few weeks just blow my mind â and of course sadly itâs always fellow females doing the writing.â
She wrote at the time: âThis January when I was confronted at the screening of one my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl â I decided it was time to finally leave.â
It had also been reported that Olivia was not legally married, which sent shockwaves among TV executives as they had featured her âweddingâ, proposal and marriageâ to the footballer.
In a bid to quell reports that she could be set to lose her high profile spot with the broadcaster, she responded saying: âIâm not losing my job, Iâm not pulling the wool over any one eyes. Yes, Iâm dating.â
She added: âYes Iâm getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, record my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns and somewhere in there TRY to move on.â
