Former Big Brother winner Nadia Almada shocked fans after unveiling her dramatically transformed appearance during a beach trip in Turkey following fresh cosmetic surgery.
The reality TV icon, who famously made history as the first transgender winner of a British television show back in 2004, was photographed relaxing on the beach in a floral bikini while still heavily bandaged and bruised after undergoing a facelift procedure.
Nadia appeared almost unrecognisable compared to her Big Brother days, with tape visible across her cheeks, jawline and nose after recently going under the knife. The bruising around her face and neck was still clearly visible as she soaked up the sun and snapped selfies while checking out the results of her latest transformation.
Her staggering 10-stone weight loss was also impossible to miss.
The TV personality previously underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2024, and the dramatic results are now fully visible. Showing off her much slimmer frame in a colourful bikini and black baseball cap, Nadia looked worlds away from the fuller-figured brunette viewers first met during the height of her fame in the mid-2000s.
The beach outing came just days after reports claimed Nadia had travelled to Turkey for a facelift procedure, continuing a long personal transformation journey that has seen her appearance evolve significantly over the years.
Despite the glamour often associated with celebrity life, Nadia has previously admitted that fame brought far more pressure than happiness.
Speaking earlier this year on the Remember Me? podcast with host Maisie Adam, Nadia opened up about the darker side of being in the public eye.
“The fame equates to happiness,” she explained. “It does not.”
She continued: “It may come with money, but fame doesn’t necessarily equate to having like seven figures.”
Nadia also admitted that fame “does not equal love” and called being famous “actually the worst side of being a public person.”
Reflecting on the addictive nature of celebrity culture, she warned that craving fame can become “almost like a drug” once people begin chasing public attention.
