Meghan Markle‘s alleged plot to remove Prince Harry from the Royal Family has been described as “disgusting” on TalkTV. Presenter Mark Dolan was joined by royal and entertainment journalist Sarah-Louise Robertson, with the pair discussing the Sussexes’ trip to Australia. During the interview, Mark mentioned how author Tom Bower suggested in his book, Betrayal: Power, Deceit and the Fight for the Future of the Royal Family, that Meghan, 44, “leveraged the idea of victimhood” to encourage Harry, 41, to step back from the Royal Family.
He suggested that Meghan told her husband that he was being treated terribly and he was a victim. “He fell for it hook, line and sinker,” Mark declared. Sarah responded: “Of course he did. He was looking for an excuse and Meghan was that excuse. She helped perpetuate this myth – and it is a myth – of victimhood that Harry was already starting to establish in his own mind.

“She helped it because it helped her and so she used it, she weaponised it and we are where we are now.”
Mark raged: “She turned him against his family, against his own brother no less! He’s only got one sibling. She turned him against his father, against the people of this country, against his majesty’s press and I think we have the best newspapers in the world!”
Sarah claimed that Meghan also turned Harry against his beloved grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Mark declared: “The Queen became the enemy. That’s how toxic things have become.”
Turning the discussion back to the couple’s recent visit to Australia, Sarah said it was all to boost Meghan’s brand and popularity.
She mentioned the Sussexes’ previous visit to Australia in 2018, where Meghan reportedly questioned why she wasn’t getting paid for appearances and moaned about being unable to keep clothes and gifts.
“She’s the Duchess of Grift,” Sarah declared, before revealing Meghan has also dropped that title now.
“She says, ‘Just call me Meghan’, like she’s Madonna or Cher. She just wants to be known as the single moniker, whereby she thinks she’s really arrived.”
Sarah believes this is because the former actress has worked out that people on the internet won’t want to type in ‘Duchess of Sussex’, therefore will be instead searching for Meghan Markle or just Meghan.
“This is how astute Meghan is in that way. She’s crafty,” she added.
