Brooklyn Beckham has claimed that it was his own family — not him — who blocked him on social media more than a year ago, as he unleashed a devastating new attack amid his bitter feud with his parents.
In a bombshell Instagram statement shared on Monday, the 26-year-old accused his family of being “fake”, “controlling” and relentlessly trying to sabotage his marriage to wife Nicola Peltz.

Brooklyn’s claims directly contradict remarks made by his younger brother Cruz Beckham, who insisted last month that Brooklyn had blocked the entire family without warning. At the time, Cruz said their parents would “never unfollow their son” and claimed they all woke up to find themselves blocked.
Now, Brooklyn says the truth is the complete opposite.
He alleged that not only did his parents block him first, but his brothers were also encouraged to attack him online before cutting him off entirely last summer. According to Brooklyn, the social media fallout was just one part of a long pattern of “endless” attacks that left him emotionally exhausted.

The aspiring chef also made a striking claim about his father David Beckham, alleging that he refused to meet him ahead of his 50th birthday last May — unless Nicola was excluded.
Brooklyn said he and Nicola flew to the UK hoping to celebrate the milestone privately, only to be left waiting in their hotel for days while attempts to see David were repeatedly rejected. He claimed his father would only agree to meet if it was at his lavish birthday party, surrounded by guests and cameras.
When David eventually agreed to see him, Brooklyn alleged it came with one devastating condition: Nicola could not attend. He described the moment as a “slap in the face”.
Despite the Beckhams hosting a series of extravagant celebrations — including a family party at their Cotswolds home, a vineyard trip to France and a star-studded dinner in London attended by A-list friends — Brooklyn’s absence was widely noted.
In his statement, Brooklyn said his wife has been “consistently disrespected” by his family, claiming his mother Victoria Beckham repeatedly invited women from his past into their lives in ways he said were designed to make both him and Nicola uncomfortable.
He also revisited painful wedding claims, alleging Victoria cancelled making Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute and “hijacked” their first dance, leaving him so embarrassed that he and Nicola later renewed their vows without his family present.
Brooklyn said tensions had been building long before the wedding, claiming his parents pressured him to sign away rights to his name before the ceremony — something he says would have impacted his future wife and children. He alleged that when he refused, the family dynamic permanently shifted.

The eldest Beckham did not hold back as he accused his parents of prioritising image over genuine relationships, claiming “Brand Beckham comes first” and that family love was measured by social media performance and public appearances.
He insisted the narrative that Nicola controls him is “completely backwards”, saying he had been controlled by his parents for most of his life and suffered from crippling anxiety as a result.
Brooklyn said that since stepping away from his family, that anxiety has disappeared, adding that he has finally found “peace and relief” with Nicola and has no desire to reconcile.
