The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club was once again the place to be on Monday, with stars stepping out in tailored summer looks, enjoying VIP hospitality and taking their seats for another busy day of tennis action.

Claudia, 54, made an especially stylish appearance alongside her husband of 26 years, film producer Kris Thykier. Known for her trademark black wardrobe and unmistakable fringe, The Traitors host switched things up in a crisp cream suit that gave her Wimbledon look a fresh, elegant edge.

She completed the outfit with a chic clutch and loafers, keeping the styling relaxed but camera-ready as she posed with Kris before escaping the heat in the tournament’s hospitality areas.

Sir Lenny Henry, 67, also brought classic Wimbledon charm as he arrived with his long-term partner, theatre casting director and producer Lisa Makin, 62. The couple made a rare public appearance together and looked relaxed as they smiled for photographs before heading towards Centre Court.

Lenny looked dapper in a chocolate-toned suit, while Lisa embraced Wimbledon’s famous white and green palette with striped trousers and a floral long jacket. Their appearance added a warm couples’ moment to a day that already felt packed with familiar faces.

The pair have been together since 2012, following Sir Lenny’s split from Dawn French in 2010. They are said to have first bonded after meeting during his time in a production of Othello, and their easy chemistry was clear as they joined the tennis crowd.

Elsewhere, the arrivals list had the feel of a summer red carpet. James Norton looked sharp in a grey blazer and red tie, while Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh arrived with husband Justin Scott and enjoyed a glass of Pimm’s in the sunshine.

Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson made a stylish pair in coordinated black-and-white looks, while TV and radio presenter Clara Amfo stood out in neon green with white accessories. Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa brought his usual sharp fashion sense, and Dame Prue Leith added a bright burst of colour to the day.

Katherine Jenkins also returned to the tournament, this time arriving arm in arm with her husband Andrew Levitas in a chic white trouser suit. Her appearance came after she made headlines during the first week when she was seated behind David Beckham amid renewed chatter about their past OBE-related tension.

The Royal Box also had its share of familiar names, with Carole and Pippa Middleton enjoying prime seats for the action. David Harewood was also spotted with a strong view of the court as the tournament rolled into another high-profile afternoon.

Away from the fashion and celebrity arrivals, tennis fans had plenty to follow on court. British hopeful Arthur Fery remained a key focus as the last remaining British singles player, while Alexandra Eala continued her historic Wimbledon run as the first Filipino player to reach the fourth round.

With Taylor Fritz, Alexander Bublik, Alexander Zverev and Jiri Lehecka also among the names in action, day eight mixed serious sporting drama with the classic Wimbledon blend of glamour, tradition and people-watching.

For fans watching the famous arrivals, though, the day belonged just as much to the stylish doubles off the court as the matches on it. From Claudia’s cream tailoring to Sir Lenny’s rare appearance with Lisa, SW19 once again proved it can serve up celebrity moments as smoothly as it serves up strawberries and cream.
