TENSIONS EXPLODE: Soap icon warns co-star ‘I’ll CHIN you’ on I’m A Celebrity All Stars 2026 LIVE

After a painful three-year break, I’m A Celebrity All Stars is finally back with a bang, with a star-studded cast jetting off to the heart of South Africa. Back in 2023, ITV viewers watched as jungle icons reunited and pushed themselves further than ever at Kruger National Park. Making show history, Myleene Klass was crowned the first I’m A Celebrity Legend, but now one campmate is ready to steal her crown.

This year’s famous line-up featuring the likes of David Haye, Mo Farah, Ashley Roberts and Scarlett Moffatt will be battling it out to be crowned the next I’m a Celebrity legend in the live final at the end of the three-week series. Returning to the helm are long-standing hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, who have promised even more terrifying trials, plus two late arrivals set to join the camp later this month.

The show has officially wrapped for the evening, as has our live blog. Thanks for following along as all the drama unfolds in the South Africa camp. Tune in again tomorrow as Gemma Collins shakes up the camp dynamic in a gruelling food challenge!

Soap legend threatens to chin co-star

The launch show certainly delivered the drama this evening, with soap icon Beverley Callard hinting that she’s looking to go head-to-head with heavyweight boxer David Haye after his controversial opinions on set. The Coronation Street favourite, 69, refused to pull her punches tonight and threatened to “chin” the 6ft 3in boxer after he consigned her to slum it in Savannah Scrub rather than joining the main camp.

David, 45, had won his trial and had to choose whether to send Scarlett Moffatt, 35, or Beverley to the “loser” camp, where contestants eat basic rations, sleep on wooden beds and are forced to go to the toilet without the privacy of a bathroom door.

It was at this point that Bev confided in her fellow soap campmate, Adam Thomas, where she revealed: “I’ve been a fan of his for years and years and years, but not any more, I tell you. David Haye flipping sent me to Savannah Scrub! I was thinking, ‘You’re going to get it, mate, you are going to get it’.

“I’ve thought about this, over the hours, thinking that I’m going ot chin him and all the rest of it,” as Adam insisted: “Please don’t chin David Haye!” Meanwhile, Scarlette told David: “I did appreciate you picking us, but I just think anyone of the age of a free bus pass shouldn’t be sent to Savannah Scrub.”

Fans will have to stay tuned to see how this will pan out when they reunite again.

‘I’m A Celeb bosses ignored everything I said’ campmate claims

Speaking to BBC Radio 2 this week, music sensation Sinitta claims ITV producers “ignored” requests she made about the challenges she was willing to take part in this time around. She told listeners: “I made it clear – I know now what I can and can’t do and what I will and won’t do, and I laid all that down.

“I thought they would take it on board and it would be fine, because there were lots of interviews and things. But when we got there, they ignored everything I said,” she chuckled.” Fans will have to stay tuned to see what challenges the chart-topper will endure this time around.

Why did Gemma Collins quit I’m a Celeb after 72 hours?

As Gemma returns to the ITV reality show, newcomers have been asking the same burning question: Why did Gemma leave the show so soon?

The Essex queen originally competed in the Australian camp back in 2014, but subsequently quit the show just three days later after struggling to cope with jungle life. She unfortunately suffered a panic attack the night before filming began and came down with a bout of Malaria just days later.

But the blonde bombshell certainly left her mark on the show, with viewers begging ITV bosses to bring her back for the following series to no avail. Now, the reality TV queen is back for redemption, and it seems as though she’s not going down without a fight this time.

The GC returns

Fans were overjoyed to see the teaser for Tuesday night’s show, where Gemma Collins will finally return with a bang alongside Red Dwarf star Craig Charles. And it certainly won’t be an easy one.

The unusual pairing will face off in the show’s first stomach-churning food challenge, where they will attempt to keep their food down while eating fish eyes and animal genitalia for a chance to win a spot in the main camp. The Geordie duo aptly named the vomit-inducing challenge: Gut Instinct, and if the teaser is anything to go by, I’d make sure to skip the snacks tomorrow night.

But fans are overjoyed to see the GC back on the box and looking better than ever in a green, floor-length gown, complete with a matching scarf that’s giving main character energy. It didn’t take long for fans to flock to X to share their joy online, with one user writing: “I’m only here for Gemma and Scarlett [heart emoji].”

Another agreed: “Gemma is already doing more trials than her original series and we’ve only seen a preview!” as a third echoed: “Craig vs Gemma eating trial, bring on tomorrow! [two cry-laughing emojis].”

Someone’s making enemies

Despite joining the group in the second round, David Haye is already causing a stir amongst the group by making many of the big decisions that should really be left up to the camp leader, Ashley Roberts. Since he finished his trial, he has been very vocal with his opinions, hardly giving anyone else a chance to share their thoughts. And it’s not gone unnoticed by viewers online.

‘Oh mummy!’

Sean certainly raised a few eyebrows as he started his I’m A Celebrity journey with a bang. The TV comic was tasked to go head-to-head with Sinitta in a fear-inducing challenge titled Level Up. The pair were forced to complete an obstacle course whilst suspended thousands of feet in the air, and it didn’t take long before the stand-up comic was screaming for his mummy.

Unlike the 31-year-old star, Sinitta stormed through the course and managed to make the leap of faith and grab the star moments before Sean could get to the platform. It didn’t take long before viewers flocked to social media to poke fun at the embarrassing moment online.

One user asked: “Did Sean just say ‘Oh Mummy?’ oh ffs” as another agreed: “Well Sean is being annoying already.” A third chimed in with: “Not Sean screaming ‘Oh Mummy’ [three cry-laughing emojis].”

Matching glows

It wasn’t just the star-studded cast that had fans yapping this evening, after fans clocked the Geordie duo underwent a strikingly similar makeover days before the live final. The “golden tint”, their perfectly maintained locks. It’s all looking a little fishy.

Taking to X, one user warned: “The boys will really have to stop dying the hair” as another agreed: “Bad dye job on your hair Dec.” A third chimed in with: “My burning question is do Ant and Dec use the same colour hair dye?! The golden tint is *tinting*. I am SO glad they are back on our screens!”

Fans fume as they miss out on TOWIE icon

Rounding out tonight’s celebrity campmates are comedian Sean Walsh and So Macho singer Sinitta. But it’s fair to say viewers were massively disappointed not to see the queen that is Gemma Collins on our screens tonight.

Fans flocked to X to share their frustrations online, with one user fuming: “Can’t believe I’ve been watching I’m A Celeb for almost an hour and haven’t even clapped eyed on the GC yet…” Another agreed: “I’m bored WHERE IS GEMMA COLLINS!?!?!?” as a third echoed: “I’m actually so prepared for the GB to be back on my screen.”

Unlucky Lodges

Next to take on a Bushtucker Trial were Scarlett Moffatt and David Hayes, who took part in the Unlucky Lodges. The dynamic duo were locked into two sets, forced to find one key in a room full of wrong keys. But that wasn’t all, they also came face-to-face with snakes, crocodiles, and bearded dragons as they hunted for the winning key to unleash them from the gross hell hole.

The first to leave the lodge was the former boxer, giving Ashley Roberts and Sir Mo Farah another win. The winning trio were then given another gruelling choice: to pick which loser to send to the Savannah Scrub. This time, Beverley was left to join her teammate, Adam Thomas, who would enjoy a stingy meal of rice and beans. This series certainly doesn’t hold back any punches!

ITV viewers scrambling after broadcaster goes down

ITV viewers were left up in arms on Monday night (April 6 after the broadcaster suffered a widespread outage just minutes before the highly anticipated launch of I’m A Celebrity All Stars. The disruption began at around 6.30pm, with multiple regions across the UK reporting issues ranging from missing news bulletins to silent broadcasts and frozen logos.

Instead of the usual evening programming, some viewers were met with blank screens, looping indents, or regional branding cards lingering far longer than necessary. It didn’t take long before viewers flocked to X to share their outrage online.

One user complained: “What’s happened to ITV? They’re broadcasting a floating logo for ITV Westcountry instead of the evening news.” Another noted: “Interesting night on @ITV, no national news, just the network logo and for those of us watching @ITVWales complete silence, utterly bizarre.”

The outage also caused scheduling issues and programmes starting late or being partially cut. Luckily, ITV seems to be back up and running now, but fans watching on ITV should be prepared for issues.

Adam Thomas left red-faced

The soap star was forced to hang his head in shame after Ant and Dec revealed it took Adam 10 minutes and 24 seconds to complete the simple puzzle. Not only that, but the Corrie sensation, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, absolutely smashed the challenge largely on her own.

And I’m not the only one who thinks so, as fans flocked to X – formerly known as Twitter – to show their support online. One user penned: “Fair play, Beverley, you’ve done way better than Adam, who’s like half your age.” Another agreed: “How impressive is Beverley!” A third echoed: “Beverley Callard is a legend.”

After Ashley and Mo stormed to victory, they were tasked with picking which campmate to send to the Savannah Scrub – Adam or Beverley. And on this one, the pair definitely made the right call when picking Bev to join them in the main camp while Adam made his way to the Savannah Scrub.

Tipping over the edge

The first trial is underway, and Ant and Dec have already picked their camp leaders just minutes into the ITV launch show. First to join the Geordie duo was none other than Ashley Roberts and Adam Thomas, who certainly came prepared. They were shortly followed by Sir Mo Farah and Beverley Callard, where they were informed of the challenge ahead.

They were tasked with pairing up in teams of two where they met a large glass seesaw in front of them. The campmates were tasked with collecting a series of discarded puzzle pieces at the edge of the platform whilst maintaining their balance. After collecting the pieces, they had to complete the puzzle as quickly as possible to win a spot in the luxury camp or face a night in the lesser camp in the desert.

Before the challenge began, Ashley discovered a hidden gold star, which gave her the power to choose which campmate to team up with. To no one’s surprise, Ashley partnered with the former Olympian, while the Emmerdale star teamed up with his soap rival, Beverley.

But I have to say, it hardly felt fair to throw Beverley in the deep end with this challenge while the Heart FM presenter worked with the British long-distance runner.

It wasn’t so easy for Adam either, who has been suffering from Arthritis for the past few years, which has greatly reduced his mobility. To everyone’s surprise, the dynamic duo turned out to be an unstoppable force.

Killer catchphrase

Minutes into the show, Adam Thomas asked: “Is it too early to say I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here?” But who was the last campmate to shout the killer catchphrase?

It was none other than Dean McCullough back in 2024 as he took on The Sinister Sarcophagus Bushtucker Trial. The radio star broke down in tears whilst trapped in a confined space forefitting all the stars he earned in the daily challenge.

Fans have already been warned that the Queen of Essex herself will use the infamous catchphrase just days into the South Africa challenge. The GB revealed the moment she ‘quit’ the show when a practical joke thought up by Harry Redknapp went horribly wrong.

Speaking at the press launch, Gemma admitted: “Harry played a dirty prank on me, and I actually fell for it. This guy deserves an Oscar because I fully believed him, and it was a moment which actually led me to say I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

“It scared me that so much, I was like, ‘Nah, I’m out of here’/ You’ve got to watch it,” she teased. She never fails to deliver the drama.

Let the madness commence!

The time is finally here, so sit back, relax and enjoy the drama as Ant and Dec bring all the drama from the heart of South Africa

Smuggled contraband

Over the years, we’ve seen some ridiculous things being smuggled into the ITV camp, from a range of spices in Gillian McKeith’s underwear in 2010, to Dean McCullough slipping in a couple of tea bags on the down low.

And this year is no different, as one famous face managed to swindle one prized item into the South African camp without ITV bigwigs noticing. And what was it you may ask? Coffee and hot chocolate powder by none other than music legend, Sinitta. If she’s willing to break the rules before getting into camp, you know it’s going to be fireworks when she gets into camp.

Someone’s getting in trouble

I’m A Celebrity bosses made an epic blunder just hours before the reality show hit the airwaves. Among the star-studded cast is former Premiere League footballer, Jimmy Bullard, who originally took part in the show in 2014.

Ahead of the launch, the official I’m A Celeb Facebook page shared a snap of the 47-year-old star in his South Africa outfit. They sent fans wild with suspicions when they shared a cryptic caption. It read: “Does former King of the Jungle, Jimmy Bullard, have what it takes to win the Legend crown too?”

It didn’t take long before fans flocked to the comments to point out the huge error, with many pointing out that the former footballer had been voted out first in his series. One user penned: “He was out first that year, because I remember being outraged by it”.

Another questioned: “Carl Fogarty won the year he was on?” as a third echoed: “He didn’t win, he was out first because of his bantz with Jake Quickenden. Foggy won that year.” After spotting the error, I’m A Celeb bosses quickly replied with: “Turns out our memory’s got a bit foggy over the last 12 years.”

They also changed the caption of the post to read: “Jimmy Bullard is back to tackle his way to the top for the Jungle Legend crown.”

Oh no!

Two major stars have already threatened to quit the show.

A prank pulled by Harry Redknapp reportedly nearly saw Sinitta and Gemma drop out of the show. Sinitta recalled the prank in a chat with the press, saying: “I think we’d done really hard trials all day, or some sort of game, so we were physically exhausted. We got back and we’re all relieved (that) nothing else can happen now, because they’ve exhausted us, it’s getting dark now it’s getting late, so that must be it, we can relax.

“And Harry (Redknapp) comes in and says, ‘Guys, you’re not going to believe this’, and he’s got the board, and he starts reading this awful trial, I think it’s called something like the House Of Hell, Prison Of Hell, or something.” She and Gemma were “already broken” and came close to yelling “I’m a celebrity get me out of here”.

Michelle Marshall

How long will Gemma Collins last in camp?

That is the question on everyone’s lips. Who can forget… the infamous moment Gemma “GC” Collins quit the jungle in a matter of hours. She first made a name for herself on ITV’s The Only Way is Essex, making her debut on the second season in 2011. Since then, she has gone to cement herself as TV royalty.

The 45-year-old appeared in the 14th season of I’m A Celeb… all the way back in November 2014. However, she only lasted three days in the Australian jungle. Leaving the show after 72-hours has been one of Gemma’s biggest TV regrets.

“I thought whatever happens to me in my life, I must go back into that jungle; it was one regret I had,” she explained, ahead of the upcoming series.

“I was petrified, but you know what? I took a deep breath, I went in strong,” she continued. “It’s not the GC in there, it’s Gemma Collins, as you’ve never seen her before.”
