Princess Catherine has just shown up Meghan Markle, the panel on TalkTV has claimed. Kevin O’Sullivan was joined by Samara Gill and Peter Barnes on his show, and it wasn’t long before the Duchess of Sussex, 44, faced harsh criticism from the trio. Peter argued that Meghan was frustrated by her position within the Royal Family, claiming she never came to terms with the fact that Prince William, 43, and Princess Kate, 44, would always be the institution’s leading figures.
Peter said: “She’s deluded. One of the things that she never got into her head was that she would never be number one. Even when they were part of the Royal Family, she never really understood that she was never going to be top dog. They were always going to be second fiddle and I don’t think she ever got over that mentality.

“The Queen always said you look after number one and number one is always the monarch and that will be William and Kate.”
He added: “They were going to be right down the pecking order and I don’t think she grasped that she was going to be nothing more than the person who just turns up when they all wanted the other one.”
Kevin suggested that Meghan was made to feel worse after witnessing Kate’s successful trip to Italy earlier in the month.
He said: “She’s watching the triumphant return of Kate to the world stage. We saw in Italy this natural, massive popularity that she has. People just love her. Meghan, because she hates Kate, is thinking, ‘Why can’t I have that?’”
Samara echoed: “She is absolutely thinking that. She is seeing the life she could have had, the life of service and in some ways, glamour and glitz that unfortunately she can’t afford for herself outside the Palace gates. It’s no secret that they hate each other but it seems the rivalry is very much one-sided.

“Catherine is just getting on and doing her thing and Meghan seems to be totally resentful about it. We spoke about that pseudo royal stop off in Switzerland which was an abject failure. You can see that Meghan is really struggling.”
The panel laughed as they discussed Meghan’s speech on online child safety, noting that only a small crowd had turned out for the event.
Samara added: “There’s this thing that narcissists, like I allege she is, have where they do believe it’s so easy. I’ll just put together a little stop over. I’ll talk about children’s safety online and I’ll post my daughter online the night before.
“This is Meghan in a nutshell. Total hypocrisy and serious narcissism when it comes to her pursuits.”
